Frustrated with my dry, dull skin last summer, I remembered the Ayurvedic principal of body brushing. It’s a great tool for detoxifying and exfoliating the largest organ in your body. Modifying the dry brush technique to fit my brief daily routine, I now give my skin a quick brush all over while in the bath.
A beautiful wooden handled natural bristle brush and a quick squirt of my favorite oatmeal body wash are all it takes. A light finishing of scented massage oil while drying off is icing on the cake. The results in just days? Phenomenal skin!
