Fiona has a BSc (Hons) Nutrition and a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics. She began her career working as a dietitian in the NHS before joining Good Housekeeping Magazine where she worked for 10 years. For the last 15 years Fiona has worked as an independent nutrition consultant, writer and broadcaster. In addition to providing consultancy for a variety of food manufacturers, producers and retailers, her opinions and work have appeared in many publications, including national newspapers and magazines, as well as on TV and radio. An entertaining and authoritative speaker, Fiona has spoken at conferences both in the UK and the U.S.
