Motion Sickness Remedies: Here's a Drug-free Remedy for Motion Sickness That Works! Road Trips Hacks

I chaperoned my twins' field trip to Washington, D.C. It was a 10-hour drive by bus. I was concerned about the ride because I typically get motion sickness. I didn’t want to take motion sickness medication because it puts me to sleep. I didn’t think that was a good idea considering that I was a chaperone. Instead, I used motion sickness wristbands and ginger candy.

The wrist bands and ginger candy worked like a charm! I wore them on the bus and periodically ate a ginger candy. I even was able to turn my head around and talk to the person behind me, which is usually a bad idea. No car sickness and no side effects!
