As our bellies expand during pregnancy, so can the blood vessels in our noses. There are some ways you can prevent getting a nosebleed:
- Stay well hydrated.
- Blow your nose gently.
- Try to keep your mouth open when you sneeze, but cover it with the tissue.
- Run a humidifier during the winter months.
- Avoid irritants such as smoke.
- Do not use medicated nasal sprays.
