You'll need:
- watercolor paper
- blue watercolor paint
- kosher salt
- glue
- scissors
- snowflake punch out
Here's how to make it:
- Paint a sheet of watercolor paper generously with several shades of blue liquid watercolor paint.
- While it is still wet (very important), sprinkle flakes of salt all around. Coarse kosher salt makes for the most dramatic results. Let dry for about 15 minutes.
- Make snowflakes with a snowflake punch out. Glue to paper and trim off any that extends over the edge.
