What is it about women and shoes? When I need a little pick-me-up, a trip to my favorite shoe store does the trick. Right now, for example, the winter doldrums have hit. For some of us, the landscape is dreary and we long for brighter days. But it’s nothing that a pair of peep-toes can’t cure! And now is a great time to shop because spring styles are arriving.
An hour spent trying on sandals, wedge heels and even a pair of my obligatory boots (on clearance!), was better than any other therapy I could think of. I have a spring in my step just waiting to wear them. Now I just need a pedicure…
