Baseball Season Is Here! Do You Have Your "On the Fly" Tote Packed? Here's How! Parenting
Baseball and softball season adds to the craze of springtime schedules. With rain delays, cancellations due to weather and field availability, it can be hard to keep up with the demands of the pre-season. Pack your "on the fly" tote this week to be ready for anything! Gather the following items:
- large utility tote blanket
- bug spray
- snacks (dried fruits, granola bars, snack mix)
- water bottles
- sunscreen
- sunglasses
- baseball cap
- umbrella
- something to do (book, deck of cards, word puzzle book, etc.)
- your kids' gear
Put everything in the tote. Keep a case of water in your car, if possible, or just a few in the bag. Your kiddos gear should stay in their own bag so that they can be responsible for it. Then you'll always be prepared for a long practice, rain delay or double header!
