This time of year is ca-razy because there are just too many things happening in a very short amount of time. So here's how to show this month who is boss: YOU!
- Do not over-commit to plans and make sure to hit the road prior to meltdowns. Never feel guilty for being the first family to exit.
- Schedule in downtime for the entire family. Your kids' brains are on overload with the decorations and activities, so plan at least one day a week for everyone to re-group at home to ensure holiday season survival.
- Keep one list of all your to-do's and hire up, swap errands with mom friends and definitely let it go if there's no way to make something happen.
