Kelli Schulte - Thank you for the reminder especially right now with high school finals and having a teenager that's stressed out. Not helpful to say, "Don't feel stressed!" Thanks Kelli.

Totally get that though. Isn't it so much easier to push them through the feeling instead of lingering in it!!???
I think we do it though because we care and want to protect our kids. But then they miss out in learning how to deal with strong emotions like stress, disappointment, fear, etc. But I know you get that!! :)
