Does your child eat the same thing every day? Here are five tips to help him or her try new foods!
- Involve your child in food prep. Like adults, the more a child is invested in something, the more likely he or she is to be supportive.
- Have family meals. Eating together is always better than alone, especially with a good parent model.
- Offer healthy foods.
- Be creative and experiment with new recipes.
- Have meals at play dates with other kids that eat healthy. This encourages social skills, making new friends and trying new foods!
