Parents wish for a good night's sleep, but first Baby has to sleep well. Here are four tips to help your baby sleep better!
- Help differentiate day and night by letting in natural light, dimming light at night and differentiating active vs. quiet activities.
- Establish a bedtime routine. Start with a bath, followed by quiet reading, music or white noise.
- Put Baby to bed while sleepy, but not overly tired or asleep. This helps Baby fall asleep on her own.
- Comfort Baby's cries at night, but not at the faintest noise to help Baby learn self-soothing.
