Sleep Tips for Baby: 4 Ways to Help Baby (& You!) Sleep Better! Baby

Parents wish for a good night's sleep, but first Baby has to sleep well. Here are four tips to help your baby sleep better!

  • Help differentiate day and night by letting in natural light, dimming light at night and differentiating active vs. quiet activities. 
  • Establish a bedtime routine. Start with a bath, followed by quiet reading, music or white noise. 
  • Put Baby to bed while sleepy, but not overly tired or asleep. This helps Baby fall asleep on her own. 
  • Comfort Baby's cries at night, but not at the faintest noise to help Baby learn self-soothing.
