Ready for Summer Grilling? 3 Things to Check Before Firing Up the Grill! Home

With summer here, it’s time to fire up the ol’ outdoor grill. But before you do, here are some good safety tips I learned from Barbequelovers.com!

  • If your grill runs on propane, check the tank’s valve for leakage by turning it on and coating it with soapy water. If bubbles appear, turn the valve off and replace the tank.
  • Check the grill’s connecting hose, too, using the same soapy water trick. If you see bubbles, then it’s time to replace the hose.
  • Check the ignition switch on the grill to make sure it’s in working order and the flames inside burn evenly.

Happy grilling!
