Kids & Sleep Problems: You May Be Focusing On the Wrong Thing, Mom & Dad! Read This! Parenting

Have trouble getting your toddler or preschooler to sleep at night? Focus on the day when dealing with sleep challenges at night! Really look to spend some quality time with your child and fill their attention tank up. Focus on quality vs. quantity so your child doesn't look for your attention at night. It can be 10 or 20 minutes of special time, and no, you don't have to buy your child anything.

  • Play a game
  • Have a tickle fight
  • Talk about your day

Anything goes! They will love spending time with you.
