Screens are here to stay. We all use them, but we absolutely can't allow them to be a substitute for exercise, family fun and real-life experiences. Try a weekly family unplug day. You're giving everyone, including yourself, an opportunity to come up with creative ideas and a time to interact with each other.

When we're "connected," we're too often disconnected from the people who matter the most.
