#30Seconds Live: The Chicago Toy & Game Fair With Super Spinner Swing Inventor Greg Cordray! by Elisa Schmitz
How many parents can relate to buying a swing set for their kids and then seeing it just sit there? Inventor Greg Cordray felt your pain and came up with the Super Spinner Swing by PlayMonster. The swing grows with the child, and can be added to the swing set you already own or hung in a tree branch.
When I interviewed Greg at the Chicago Toy & Game Fair (ChiTAG), he explained that the Super Spinner Swing is a product that was born out of safety. As Greg was teaching his daughter how to swing, she let go of the ropes and tumbled into the yard. The experience jarred both Greg and his daughter, but also inspired him to want to create safer options for parents.
Unlike regular swings, the Super Spinner Swing lets kids swing and spin. The swing is designed to hold 200 pounds and the adjustable ropes allow you to set the height depending on the child. Installing the swing takes about a minute – and everything is included! There's even a Super Duper Spinner that holds up to 600 pounds!
