Want to Raise Grateful Kids? Why Nighttime May Hold the Key!

One of the best ways to encourage your child to cultivate an attitude of gratitude is to bring thankfulness into your evening routine. Over the dinner table or before bed, ask your children about the “highs” and “lows” of their day. You can start by sharing your own highs and lows first!

How does this help? You will help your children discuss the challenges they encountered, while also encouraging them to see the good in each day as well. Such a conversation allows our children to develop a gratitude practice from an early age.
