Start Halloween With a Healthy Dinner: 7 Spooky Menu Ideas!

Kids are going to have some sugar on Halloween, but don’t throw health out the window! Make sure kids have a good dinner with protein and vegetables before they go trick-or-treating. They’ll be less hungry and may eat less sweets later. Fill hungry tummies with fun fall foods and decorate the table with a Halloween theme. Give your usual foods fun names like:

  • Witches Brew Soup
  • Spooky Salad With Dracula Dressing
  • Frankenstein Pasta
  • Boo Bread
  • Mystery Milk
  • Carrot Witches Fingers
  • Ghostly Cauliflower

Happy Halloween!
