Dads Who Are Hard to Buy For: A Father’s Day Gift Idea for the Dad Who Really Has Everything by Donna John
My dad’s at the age where if he wants something, he buys it. That makes buying a Father’s Day gift – or any gift for that matter – a stress-inducing task. What to do? Make a gift basket with things he uses often and that need to be (or eventually need to be) replaced.
Put the items in a basket or bucket, wrap with cellophane, if you feel so inclined, and you have the perfect gift for your Dad. Some items I often include for my dad are:
- car wash soap
- gardening gloves
- his favorite K-cups
- toll tokens
- cologne
- wine or beer
- gift card to his favorite restaurant
Now you have a gift Dad is sure to use!
