Oh, wow. This is so helpful, Dr. Alejandro Badia . I was recently diagnosed with tendonitis in my right hand/wrist, and thought it might be carpal tunnel syndrome from all the computer work I do. So good to know that other factors may be at play here, including hormones! I am wearing a wrist splint at night, just as you described.
