A Duke University study found that with training we can activate the critical area of the brain for motivation. By practicing motivating thoughts we can light up the middle area of the brain responsible for motivation. 

Try finding what memories or dreams get your mojo going and meditate on those thoughts. You just may find yourself at the gym or eating a salad!
