Summer Fitness Tips: 4 Tips to Run Safely for Fitness All Summer Long

I know the safety rules for running safely

  • run facing traffic
  • don't wear headphones or, if you do, keep the volume low
  • tie those shoelaces

But there's one important safety tip I often ignored: sunscreen. In order to do better with that this summer, I put my sunscreen right by the front door on a mirrored shelf. Now, I'm able to catch sight of it as I leave the house and I quickly apply some sunscreen to keep my skin safe. This also works if you're just going for a walk or to play at the park, etc. 

The easiest solutions are often the smartest ones!
