I can't believe I'm sharing this secret, but 30Seconds® moms are worth it! Many clients contact me in March to help them stage their properties. March and April are big selling months in real estate, so I ask them to speak with their Realtor and place a "for sale" sign on the lawn, with a "coming soon" attachment. Why?
- They won't miss possible buyers driving by while we prep.
- It builds great hype.
Every staged home of mine that has this sign has a crazy amount of showings the first three days. Best stat: five of my six stagings are under contract after the "coming soon" sign last week!
