Sleep Your Way to Good Health: 3 Tips to Get the Zzzz's You Need!

We all know that good sleep is important for our mental health, but did you know that sleep deprivation can affect how we learn, how much we weigh and cardiovascular health? Sleep is often sacrificed when moms get busy, but that strategy backfires in the long run. Make sleep a priority by setting a regular bedtime, sticking to it and doing the following:

  • Make sure your bedroom is sleep-friendly by cutting out excess light
  • Keep your home at a comfortable temperature
  • Invest in a good mattress

Remember, you're better equipped to handle the challenges of motherhood if you get enough rest!
