Fitness at Home: 4 Steps to a Great Workout Without Leaving the House!

Many think they can’t get a great workout in their home due to distractions or lack of structure. But if you follow these tips, you may save money by working out in your home!

  • Select two to three days to be your workout days.
  • Set aside one hour on the selected days and mark it in your calendar as if you had an appointment.
  • Prepare yourself from distractions – shut off phones, computers, occupy children with a video or activity.
  • Be prepared by having some exercise videos or magazine workouts available.

Exercise at home is realistic if you are organized and prepared!
