Guess What? Crackers Can Cause Dental Cavities, Too! Read This!

When you think of food causing a greater risk of cavities, you probably think of candy and sugar. Guess what? It's any simple carbohydrate. Bread, crackers, cereal and pasta all have the ingredients to cause cavities in a susceptible person. 

Parents, be watchful of how often your children eat little orange fish crackers and little O-shaped cereal. Keep these high-cavity risk snacks to meal times! An appropriate substitute could be nuts or cheese.
