Pure lemon essential oil naturally cleanses the body and aids in digestion. Be sure to use a high-quality, pure and potent essential oil (I like doTerra, which is rigorously tested for purity).
- Internal Use: I start every morning with a large cup of warm water and lemon oil. I love the taste and it gets my digestive system going. Taken internally, lemon oil helps with seasonal respiratory issues, too. To take internally, dilute 1 drop in 4 ounces of liquid.
- Diffusor: Put a few drops in a diffuser to experience lemon’s uplifting and energizing properties known to help improve moods. Use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.
