Chia Seeds: Add This Superfood to Meals With This Clever - & Sneaky - Trick! by Angela Borneman

Not a fan of chia seeds, but want the health benefits they offer? Omegas and other benefits aside, my family I need some fooling to down some of these healthy items – and chia pudding isn’t “pudding.” I am not a fan of the alien-meets-tapioca texture, so I grind chia seeds or buy them already ground up. I like to throw 2 to 4 tablespoons of ground chia seeds into everything that I bake, including:
- meatloaf
- chili
- healthy Sunday pancakes
Your kids will have no idea the chia seeds are even there, yet they'll get the health benefits!
