Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 - 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Here's how to make it:
- Put the flour, curry powder and smoked paprika onto a plate or into a shallow bowl. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Dredge in the seasoned flour and put into an oiled baking dish. Spray the top of the chicken with cooking oil spray. (I used olive oil cooking spray.)
- Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is golden and crispy. The chicken is done at 165 degrees F internal temperature on a food thermometer. Serve hot.
- Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the fridge.
