Valentine's Day is quickly approaching, and I will soon be heading to the store to pick up some very necessary foods for the special day! We'll have:
- pickled “heart-beets” (beets cut into hearts with a cookie cutter) as an appetizer (pictured)
- roasted artichoke hearts as a side
- key lime sorbet for dessert (get the recipe here)
Why key lime? Because my kids have the keys to my heart. And fun dinners like this are the key to getting them to try new foods!
