Crispy Baked Salmon Patties Recipe Is Downright Delicious (High-Protein, 7 Ingredients, 35 Minutes) High Protein Recipes Seafood Lunch Dinner Snacks Appetizers Gluten-free Budget Recipes
One of the things I love to cook most often is salmon patties. I've made a variety of different salmon patties recipes, but this one just may be my favorite. These simple salmon patties are cheesy, crispy and downright delicious, especially when served with a creamy dipping sauce. What a fun and flavorful high-protein recipe.
These salmon patties are nutritious, too, thanks to all the health benefits of salmon. The cheesiness comes from Parmesan and cheddar cheeses. Parmesan (one of my favorite cheeses) is often referred to as the "King of Cheese" because of its taste and health benefits. In fact, it's been recognized as the most awarded cheese in the world.
Here's what you need to make this gluten-free salmon recipe: cooked or canned salmon, Parmesan and cheddar cheeses, eggs, almond flour (or your flour of choice), garlic powder and fresh dill (check out the health benefits of dill). The wholesome ingredients come together then are baked until they're crispy and golden. So easy.
Serve these tasty salmon patties as a snack or a fun appetizer on their own or dunk them into your favorite dipping sauces. I served them with a creamy Mediterranean yogurt sauce and they were irresistible. Bun-sized patties are perfect for lunch or an anytime dinner (served on a bun or not)!

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup almond flour (or your flour of choice)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Form salmon mixture into patties and place them onto a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. (The number of patties depends upon the size of patties you form.)
- Bake at 400 degrees F for about 15 minutes. Remove pan and flip each patty, pressing down gently with a spatula.
- Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 10 more minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes before serving.
