The pork tenderloins are soaked in a marinade with Asian flavors. After being marinated, it's quickly grilled. The ingredient list is super short for this pork recipe, which is always a plus. Here is your short shopping list: pork tenderloins, brown sugar, Italian salad dressing, pineapple juice and low-sodium soy sauce.
Cook the marinated pork medallions on a hot grill pan or on an outdoor grill. Either way, they are juicy and delicious, and perfect for dinner any time. Serve the medallions with your favorite side dishes. Because of the Asian influences, bok choy, broccoli, Chinese cabbage or snow peas would be nice sides. Chinese cabbage is actually the second healthiest vegetable, according to the CDC. Nice!

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each), sliced into 3/4- to 1-inch thick medallions
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
Recipe Notes
- You could use orange juice instead of pineapple juice.
- For a gluten-free recipe, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
- This recipe could be cut in half, using one pork tenderloin.

Here's how to make it:
- Stir together the brown sugar, Italian dressing, pineapple juice and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Put half into a food storage bag. Add the pork and marinate for 30 minutes to overnight. Cover the other half and put into the refrigerator (this will be your baste).
- When ready to cook, heat a grill pan over medium heat or an outdoor grill. Remove the medallions from the marinade and place on hot pan or grates. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade, until pork is cooked through. Pork is cooked through at 145 degrees F internal temperature.
