Nothing is more cozy on a weekend than baking with your children. And vegan baking with kids is fun and safe! No animal products means that kids (and parents!) can lick the bowl without having to worry about the risk of salmonella.
My favorite cookbook is "The Joy of Vegan Baking" by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. We make the banana chocolate chip muffins on a weekly basis, and my kids (who are not vegan) never miss the eggs.
