To make these muffin tin baked eggs, all you need are eggs and a muffin tin. (Check out the health benefits of eggs.) The eggs are cracked into the muffin cups and baked in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Cook the eggs until they are to your desired doneness. Pull the eggs out of the oven, remove the cooked eggs with a spoon and ring the breakfast bell!
Variation: For a delicious change, line the muffin cups with ham before adding the egg.
