- Put the broccoli florets into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with the dry ranch seasoning. Toss to coat. (For some spice, add some crushed red pepper flakes.)
- Put the broccoli in onto a baking sheet in a single layer. (For easier cleanup, line the baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. This recipe could easily be doubled, using two baking sheets.)
- Bake in a preheated 425-degree F oven for about 20 minutes or until they are starting to brown. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the microwave.
