Ingredients
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Here's how to make it:
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set a wire cooling rack inside the prepared pan and set it aside.
- Combine the brown sugar, chili powder and black pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge the bacon strips in the brown sugar mixture and arrange the bacon on the rack. Sprinkle any remaining sugar mixture over the bacon.
