The yolks are not mashed. Instead, the hard-boiled eggs are cut in half and left as is, then topped with a homemade creamy garlic mayonnaise. These gluten-free eggs are to die for.
If you don't have hard-boiled eggs, the first thing you need to do is boil and peel some. Here's how to make it:
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Do not remove the yolks! Put them onto a platter. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- To make the garlic mayonnaise, whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
