Pork chops are one of my favorite proteins to cook. Pork chops are inexpensive, versatile, quick and taste amazing. This easy low-carb, budget ranch pork chop recipe is another winner winner pork dinner.
The four-ingredient, high-protein recipe is made with dry ranch seasoning, paprika and, of course, pork chops. You can use whatever pork chop you like best – thin pork chops, bone-in pork chops, thick pork chops or boneless pork chops. The chops you pick will determine cooking time. First, combine the dry ranch seasoning and paprika in a small bowl. Then season the chops with black pepper and sprinkle the ranch-paprika mixture on both sides. Because the ranch dressing has salt in it, you really don't need to add any additional salt to this recipe. Pan-fry the chops in olive oil in a skillet until crispy, golden and cooked through.
