Crispy 3-Ingredient Ranch Pork Chops Recipe (Dinner In 15 Minutes) Pork Dinner Budget-friendly

Pork chops are one of my favorite proteins to cook. Pork chops are inexpensive, versatile, quick and taste amazing. This easy ranch pork chop recipe is another winner winner pork dinner.

The three-ingredient recipe is made with dry ranch seasoning, paprika and, of course, pork chops. You can use whatever pork chop you like best – thin pork chops, bone-in pork chops, thick pork chops or boneless pork chops. The chops you pick will determine cooking time. First, combine the dry ranch seasoning and paprika in a small bowl. Then season the chops with black pepper and sprinkle the ranch-paprika mixture on both sides. Because the ranch dressing has salt in it, you really don't need to add any additional salt to this recipe. Pan-fry the chops in olive oil in a skillet until crispy, golden and cooked through.

Serve this easy and budget-friendly recipe with your favorite side dishes. I served mine with yellow squash and baby bok choy and a garden salad.

Recipe Notes

  • Extra salt is really not necessary in this recipe because of the ranch seasoning.
  • The thicker the pork chops, the longer it is going to take to cook them. Think pork chops cooks extremely fast.

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine the ranch seasoning and paprika in a small bowl.
  2. Season the pork chops with black pepper, then sprinkle both sides with the ranch mixture.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown and cooked through on both sides. This could take anywhere from 5 minutes to 10 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops.

I just bought my 1st smoked paprika last week. I understand it adds a bit of a "kick", so I'm excited to give it a try, albeit that's not the one called for 😊

Smoked paprika adds so much flavor. Enjoy! And you could use it in the recipe.
