Looks yummy! I do have a question about the nutritional analysis--how is it fat free if you make the dressing according to the package instructions that include adding oil, or do you mean to just use apple cider vinegar instead of the oil? I'm guessing the cider vinegar is to replace the regular vinegar called for? I bet this would be good as a salmon marinade too!

You prepare the salad dressing according to package directions, using apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Then stir in the wine and water. Hope this helps!
