To make this easy dessert fondue you will need just four simple ingredients. Here is your short and sweet shopping list: heavy cream, granulated sugar, creamy peanut butter and semisweet chocolate chips. The ingredients are melted together until smooth, hot and irresistibly chocolatey!

Serve this sweet fondue with fruit (bananas, strawberries, kiwi, cherries, mango, pineapple, mandarin segments), pretzels, marshmallows, sugar cookies, pound cake cubes or whatever you like.

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream (plus additional if necessary)
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter (not natural peanut butter)
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Notes

• If the fondue breaks, stir in a little more cream.

• You could use dark or milk chocolate chips instead of semisweet. 

Here's how to make it:

1. In a saucepot, stir together the heavy cream and sugar over low heat. 
2. When the cream is hot (not boiling), stir in the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Remove from the heat. 
3. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. (Add more cream, if necessary, to reach desired consistency.)
