30Seconds Food

In Greece, saganaki is preparing food in a small frying pan. One of their best-loved dishes prepared this way is fried cheese. This feta saganaki is super simple to make and takes about 10 minutes or less. The outside is crisp while the inside stays soft and creamy.

Serve this Greek fried cheese as an appetizer, snack, on a salad or as a side dish. This fried cheese is usually served with lemon, but you can drizzle honey over it.
