Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, chopped or shredded (about 3 to 4 cups)
- 8 ounces (1 container) whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped celery or green onion (or a combination)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- You could add other ingredients to this easy chicken salad recipe. Garlic powder could be used instead of onion powder (or again, a combination). If you like grapes, apples, cherries or other fruit in your chicken salad, toss some in. Walnuts, pecans or almonds could add some crunch.
- If you like a looser chicken salad, stir in a few tablespoons of mayonnaise.

- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
