Gotta love a company that gets on-the-go moms. Starbucks is my go-to pit stop several times a week, and not just for their coffee. Sure, I jump-start my day with a latte or green tea. But they continue to add menu items that resonate with me as a busy mom who likes to eat healthy. In particular, their Bistro Boxes are a slam dunk.
For about the same price (or less) as a drive-thru meal, I get a prepackaged medley of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, protein, dairy and more. My current fave is Goat Cheese & Garden Veggies - just 220 calories. I pick one up for later when I get my coffee!
