This looks delicious! When do I sprinkle with breadcrumbs?
Donna John
The recipe doesn't call for them, they're something I may try next time. I'll add them with the parmesan.

Thanks! Planning it for our next dinner!

The recipe states grated parmesan but the photo shows shredded parm. I take it you mean parmesan cheese that you shredded into strips using a grater, as opposed to the "grated" parmesan sold at grocers?*
Donna John
Use whatever kind of Parmesan cheese you like. I happen to have shredded in a tub, but you could grate your own fresh.

Looks delicious, but isn't it dangerous to put a glass dish under the broiler? I'd rather use my cast iron skillet...
Donna John
You can definitely use your cast iron skillet. I used a glass casserole dish and didn't have a problem.

This is a great recipe! Went to my local TJs, bought the chicken, dressing, vegetables, cheese & followed your directions, delish!

Made this for dinner and it was amazing! I only had half a bottle of Caesar dressing so I made my own to add and make up the difference. I used Parmesan and mozzarella on top with panko crumbs. It was easy and is top five for my husband’s “make again” list! We eat a lot of chicken so I was running out of ideas. Thank you!

So happy you and your husband enjoyed it! My husband has a "make again" list! :-) Kylie Wallace

I've been looking at these pictures and recipe for weeks. Tonight I finally made it. I don't know if my chicken thighs had too much fat, they looked nothing like the pictures here. The dressing seemed to separate, the bottom of the pan was just an oily mess. The chicken tasted fine but didn't really seem to take on the Ceasar taste. I probably won't make again. But I look forward to trying other recipes here.

I agree with MarleyMom. I made this tonight to get rid of some bone in thighs and was looking forward to it. I used Ken's creamy Caesar dressing as well. Seemed to just turn into plain tasting chicken in a bed of broken, greasy, dressing. Not sure what went wrong.
Donna John
I am sorry to hear that. I've made this recipe numerous times and have never had an issue with the sauce breaking. Wonder if it's the brand of salad dressing? Just guessing. I always use Ken's, but will try another brand next time to test it. What brand did you two use? Andl2ea MarleyMom

Hello. Thanks for replying. I used Ken's as well. The chicken was good but the dressing just didnt seem to work.
