Heath and Skor candy bars are two of my all-time favorites. And homemade butter toffee? Forget about it! I could eat a whole tin by myself. That's why I was so excited when I found this easy cake mix cookie recipe that uses toffee bits.

This easy toffee cookie recipe has only four ingredients, and is super moist and full of toffee flavor. Be sure not to overbake the cookies – you want them super moist and chewy.

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 to 11 minutes
Total Time: 13 to 16 minutes
Servings: Makes about 24 cookies

Ingredients

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll into about 24 balls (about 2 tablespoons each). Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about  8 to 11 minutes or until just set (do not let them brown on the edges).
  4. Remove and cool about 5 minutes on the baking sheets before removing to cool completely.
