• 4 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/2 cup mashed banana
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla  
• 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• banana extract (optional)

1. Cream the butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla together with an electric mixer. (For even more banana flavor, add a few drops of banana extract.)
