Crispy Cheesy Lemon Ranch Baked Chicken Recipe With Garlic Panko Topping Chicken Recipes Dinner

Ingredients

• 4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to about 1/2-inch thickness
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinade

• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup ranch salad dressing
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

Cheese Topping

• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, provolone, mozzarella or your favorite cheese (I used cheddar cheese)
• 1/3 cup ranch salad dressing

Panko Topping

• 1 cup panko
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Here's how to make it: 

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
2. Stir to combine then add the chicken breasts. Flip to coat completely. Marinate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. (I marinated them about 1 hour.)
3. In a bowl, combine the cheese topping ingredients. Season with black pepper. Set aside.
4. In a smaller bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic powder. Stir to combine. Add the panko and stir to coat. Set aside.
5. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Put them into the hot oil and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
6. Put the cooked chicken breasts into a baking dish (I used the same one I marinated them in after washing it). Top with the cheese topping and then the panko topping.
7. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted and panko is golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
