Pumpkin Pie Martini Recipe Is Like Spiked Pumpkin Pie In a Glass Cocktails Beverages

This easy and delicious pumpkin cocktail is like spiked pumpkin pie in a glass. How fun is that? To make this creamy pumpkin cocktail you will need graham crackers, brown sugar, vanilla vodka, pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin puree, coconut milk (or whatever milk you like), maple syrup, ground cinnamon and optional cinnamon sticks.

Ingredients

• 2 graham crackers, crushed
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 3 ounces vanilla vodka
• 1/3 cup pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin puree
• 2 tablespoons coconut milk, nut milk or regular milk
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• ground cinnamon, for garnish
• cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Recipe Notes

• Put all the ingredients out and let your friends make their own cocktails.

• If you can't find vanilla vodka, use regular vodka and add a drop of vanilla extract. 

Here's how to make it: 

1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and the brown sugar. Pour onto a small plate. 
2. Fill a drink shaker with ice. All the vodka, pie filling, milk and maple syrup. Shake well.
3. Dip the edge of a martini glass into water and then into the graham cracker crumbs. 
4. Strain the drink into the glass. Sprinkle with some ground cinnamon and add a cinnamon stick.
