- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 block (8 ounces) feta
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 3/4 cup cavatappi or elbow macaroni (or your favorite short pasta)

Here's how to make it:
