I've kept these in the fridge for weeks. They stay good a very long time.

Add some sliced radishes to the red onions ...so good. Pickled anything are my weakness

What a simple recipe Donna John ! I do have a tiny suggestion, though. Perhaps adding, in Step 3, that the jar should be left to cool on the counter, before being put in the fridge. Hot liquids, in glass bottles, going into a cold fridge, are not always a match made in heaven, especially if using an older bottle.
